Nice nose of red licorice, berries and cassis , hints of smoke and garrigue with a slight floral note of rose hips and violets as well.
The Palate reflects accordingly to its nose with the fruit being a little thin at first but then gaining ripeness and concentration while opening up. Silky fleshy palate of fruit from a great blend of Grenache and Syrah to create a great mouthfeel that finished very smooth with a hint of spiciness from the Syrah, but just enough.
