This batch was produced entirely by hand by Vinateros Lalo and Nando from Dasylirion Leiophyllum plants, with a total output of 90 liters. Summer melons and chalky minerality give way to a heady blend of sweet herbs, sand, and notes of game for an overall complex and exquisite drinking sotol.
